Updated: Dec 2, 2021

It is of the upmost importance that we take care with our diet, and understand the key role we play in helping the environment through food.

The food production and agriculture industry relate to deforestation, livestock releasing dangerous amounts of methane, the tonnes of food wasted, food miles, carbon dioxide emissions, animal cruelty, destruction of biodiversity and animal habitats. We can help tackle many of these problems by cutting down the amount of meat we consume, an turning towards a more vegetarian-centric diet.
